The Scheduler ensures the nursing department is fully staffed to provide optimal resident care, along with scheduling for other departments as assigned. Reporting to the Office Manager these services include posting and assigning shifts to maintain a complete staffing strategy, as well as managing call-ins and time-off requests while balancing operational needs.
