The Restorative Care Aide involves participating in and implementing physiotherapy and restorative care programs under the guidance of the Restorative Care Program lead. These services include maintaining awareness of changes in residents’ condition or behavior to adjust programs as needed, notifying leadership and nursing staff of any observed changes, and regularly reviewing, maintaining, and updating records of initial assessments and ongoing programs for each resident.
