The Recreation Aide supports meaningful activities and programs that engage residents, promote activity, and enhance their quality of life. Reporting to the Resident Program Manager, the role involves understanding residents’ physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual needs, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment, and fostering meaningful friendships. The Recreation Aide helps residents discover joy, and purpose, and work towards their personal goals.
