The Nurse Practitioner works within the Long-Term Care or Retirement sector, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate residents’ care plans. Providing leadership and mentorship to staff, they aim to improve health outcomes and practice a holistic model of care in partnership with the interdisciplinary team, including the Medical Director.
